My friend has black screen problem too. On intel hd 3000 the black texture issue is here and both cards supports only dx10.

Everything on the inside of buildings on all 3 maps are a black texture. If you ve played kf2 before deleted it and re downloaded it but you get the bugsplat window pop up every time this video will help you fix it. Download and extract the zip here.
